The rest of the garden is  currently laid to lawn, but the largest area of grass could possibly provide grazing for a couple of sheep or ponies, or would make an excellent space for poultry keeping.

Boundaries are determined by stone dykes and five bar  and stock  wooden fencing.

There are two wooden sheds, one currently used as a potting shed and garden store, the other is currently a small workshop.  There is also a brick built outbuilding which is divided into two parts with two separate doors – this building provides useful extra storage for bicycles, lawnmower, etc.

    The oil tank sits at the rear of the property.
